I found functional fitness in 2016 and was hooked immediately, so I decided to get my Level 1 in 2019. I love the community that functional fitness builds and how I am able to improve my fitness and health in a supportive environment.

I live in Browns Summit with my wife and two kids, Charlotte and Bennett.
