I'm sorry this is late getting out. Erin and I were in Wilmington NC completing out L2 with CrossFit so we can be better coaches for each and everyone of you. You might or might not see a change and we hope this will make your time at CrossFit Lucky City better!!

Saturday is Bring A Friend day! Invite everyone you know to come and join us in a free workout. We want to show everyone why we are the best gym in the area! If a member sign up that you brought, you will receive cash reward! If they sign up on that day, the amount doubles!
**This Week’s Workouts:**
Strength for the week
Monday- Front Squats superset with Box Jumps
Tuesday-
Wednesday- Shoulder Press superset with single DB bent over rows
Thursday- Pull up test day
Friday- Hang Squat Snatch
Starting off our week, we will have a heavy-lift, fast-paced 10-rounder with some old-school regional vibes.
On Tuesday, we will have some lengthy intervals that will have you racing to get a decent rest.
Wednesday is another AMRAP that has us ascending our reps on the box jumps as we grind through the bike and handstand push-ups.
For Thursday, it will feel like an Open Workout (it’s not) as athletes see how hard they can push to stay on pace, unlocking more rounds the harder they work.
It’s going to be a gut punch of a day for Friday with this chipper that attacks our lungs and legs relentlessly.
Saturday is our Bring a Friend Day!! It will be a good cardio piece so please come out and support YOUR gym!!
