Good morning from Reidsville NC! We hope everyone has stayed warm this past week! It has been cold!
This coming Friday (13th), we will only have a 5:30pm class.
We have our Christmas party scheduled for Sat December 14th at Top Golf in Greensboro! 4pm-6pm. Food and drinks are provided! Come out and celebrate the season with your gym family!

Monday- Front Squats
Tuesday- Split Jerk
Wednesday- Bodybuilding
Thursday- Gymnastic Skill
Friday- Squat Cleans
Saturday- Bodybuilding
Workouts
Lets get this week started off on the right foot by coming in to the gym and crushing this workout! A 2:30 with bike cals, bench oress and KB swings to buy in each time and in the remaining time, go for your max number of double unders. There is no built in rest so plan to stop the doubles under with just enough time to get back on the bike and go again.
Tuesday we have 3 rounds of rowing and then a lifting progression with the barbell starting with power snatch and finishing the last round with squat snatch. Each round will have a pulling variation scalable to everyone!
Wednesday is finally here and it is time for a great hump day workout! Cal row, burpees over the rower and box step overs. Each round the calories get less and less so push yourself on the row harder each time through. The legs are going to get blown up on this one. Shake them out in between each movement and go for unbroken!
Thursday is our favorite day of endurance workouts! 25min AMRAP of bodyweight movements varied throughout and bike cals. See if you can make it 2 full rounds. Remember that Thursday's we can use to recover and just move or we can push and see how hard we can go for a longer time domain.
Friday is here and it is the end of the week. Let's finish strong by ending the week on a good note in the gym! 10 rounds for time of wallballs, DB snatch, TTB and Power cleans. Rounds 1-5 will be easy. Rounds 6-10 will be a struggle. Pace early and don't fall off at the end. Shoot for :90 a round.
Saturday we have an 18 min AMRAP of lunges, push press and double unders. The catch is that every 3 mins you will hop on the rower and completes a number of calories and then pick right back up where you left off in the workout.
Its going to be a great week at CrossFit Lucky City! We cant wait to see everyone in the gym this week!
